Explore Neural Activity within the Brain While Sleeping

Description

What does our brain do when we sleep? Researchers have used signals like EEG, ECG, and muscle activity to investigate, but these signals are often noisy. To obtain clearer data, we focus on stereoelectroencephalography (StereoEEG)—an invasive EEG implanted directly into the brain. In this project, we analyze a large-scale StereoEEG dataset with sleep cycle annotations to explore the link between sleep-related features and specific neural activity patterns. We believe this work will benefit future research.
